A Guide on What Our Customers Should and Should Not Do

Always ask for an official receipt whenever you pay and keep it while your account is not yet settled.

Always be ready with your daily payment amortization first thing in the morning.

Visit QCredit's official social media accounts for news and updates.

For customers with cash card, always check balance before texting "Renew". Keep and remember your cash card PIN to avoid problems during withdrawal.

Always transact with our authorized personnel wearing a valid company I.D.

Always inquire from the BM/OIC about the increase in your loan renewals.

Maintain good credit standing by being mindful of your payment history, absences, and underpayments.

  • Don'ts

Don’t give your cash card, SIM card, and cellphone to anyone.

Don’t pay through anyone’s personal GCash or e-wallet account.

Don’t consent to ride-on loan by anyone.

Don’t sign any cash voucher or delivery receipt without receiving the loan proceeds.

Avoid giving tips to anyone.

Never let anyone use your QCredit loan account.

Don’t allow anyone to text "renew" or "ob" on your behalf using your cellphone.
