Notes:
• In case of non-availability of Driver License card upon renewal, an official receipt issued by LTO with a stamped indicating the validity period must be presented along with the old Driver License card to make it primary ID.
• Always present the original copy of police clearance to emphasize as digitized one; photocopy of digitized police clearance can’t be recognized as Primary ID.
