Every end of the fiscal year, QCredit’s selected branch managers, collectors, and other awardees gather to spend a week’s worth of bonding activities ‐ team building, sportsfest, and parlor games. Indeed, it is QCredit’s corporate objective to foster a spirit of camaraderie and oneness among its employees so it can be better equipped to serving its customers.
The week culminates with the awarding ceremony, where QCredit recognizes the efforts and hard work of its top performing area managers, branch managers, and collectors. Truly, QCredit’s people are the lifeblood of the organization. Without them, it would be impossible to achieve where QCredit stands today.
QCredit’s fast facts ‐ 125 branches strong, a workforce of 1300+ employees, 50,000+ customers, and 17,000+ average monthly transactions ‐ are the result of the team’s cumulative efforts and hard work.
